CoEnzyme Q10 is a powerful antioxident

Muscle Support

CoQ10 is made in our bodies and is found in most cells in our bodies.  CoQ10 is an antioxidant that helps the body’s enzymes digest food, but it is also said that it protects skeletal muscles because it can improve energy production in cells.  Some claim it helps people with Muscular Dystrophy though there is mixed research to support this. More research is needed.

It is also said to it boosts energy and helps with exercise recovery. Studies don’t suggest  CoQ10 helps diabetics with blood sugar control.
