10 Things for More Energy & Flare Ups

10 Simple Things to Help With More Energy & Reducing Neuro Flare Ups.

Do you need 10 simple things to help your neuropathy symptoms and Flare Ups?

Someone diagnosed with neuropathy quickly learns their doctor’s ability to help is limited. Fortunately, most people with neuropathy are able to find some levels of pain and fatigue relief, including help with sleep through self care methods. In fact, in a 2022 paper published in the journal Brain, and discussed on MedicalExpress.com, researchers uncover how pain sensitivity is tied to circadian rhythm, our natural sleep cycle1; an important aspect of self care.

In the realm of self-care, assistance can be sought from various professionals across different disciplines. While support is available, its uncommon to encounter a single health and wellness provider with comprehensive expertise in multiple areas.

Meet François Gagnon, Certified Medical Exercise Specialist of The Other Pain Clinic. In this video he discusses how to easily adjust your lifestyle to add energy while reducing chronic pain flare-ups using 10 different self care methods. The strategies include “smart” hydration, routine daily activity, nutrition and more.
