Holding an Honours Bachelor Physical Education (HBPE) from the University of Ottawa’s School of Human Kinetics, François has over 20 years’ experience working with pain, chronic pain and injury management as a rehabilitation therapist. He is a Certified Lymphatic Therapist (CLT), Certified Medical Exercise Specialist (MES), Certified Health Trainer and Kinesio Tape Practitioner (KTP).

François is Chief Medical Exercise Specialist of The Other Pain Clinic, which offers individualized programs to help reduce pain flare-ups, have better mobility, and energy. The programs may include a combination of modalities like – manual therapy, exercise therapy, kinesio-taping, health and lifestyle coaching; and supportive whole food nutrition. Enhancing his injury and chronic disease management practice with research, François’ objective is to find drug-free solutions for reducing physical and mental pain levels to improve patients’ quality of life. His integrative blend of complementary manual therapy like lymphatic and Champissage and conventional exercise therapy care practices has increased overall health and wellness for those he works with.
