Yoga has a positive effect on all of the above symptoms and numerous others. Many of our students have been advised to take up yoga by their doctors. Medical professionals realize that yoga relieves symptoms of illness and assists in the healing and prevention of a variety of ailments.

Yoga is effective at every stage of life and is considered by many to be a form of medicine. It works at the level of both the mind and body. Physical posture is a major concern and we address this challenge with a carefully designed yoga program. Breathing techniques and guided relaxation help to increase awareness. As flexibility of the body and agility of the mind improve through yoga practice, students are instilled with a sense of wellness and confidence.
