Topic: Sound Therapy

Join Joanne for an experiential session on how sound impacts our lives and our health. Feel your body and mind relax as you experience the soothing sounds of Toning along with Tibetan and Crystal Bowls. Learning how to harness these soothing frequencies so that your body and mind can sink into its natural healing ability.
With this being an on line event, earphones would be a great bonus but not necessary to enjoy this session.
