About Catharine Eckersley

Catharine Eckersley is an occupational therapist and the owner & director of Valley to Peak OT Consulting, a private OT practice in Calgary, Alberta. With a master’s in occupational therapy (University of British Columbia, 2016), a Master of Arts in Physical Education & Recreation (University of Alberta, 2012) and Honors Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology (University of Western Ontario, 2010), Catharine brings an extensive educational background to her practice. Along with that, Catharine is proud to be on the Board of Directors for ARK (Accessibility Renovations for Kids), a Calgary-based charity which provides free home accessibility renovations to children with mobility limitations.

Since 2018, Catharine has worked daily in the urban and rural homes of her fellow Albertans, increasing their quality of life, independence, and safety. Covering an approx. 200km travel radius of Calgary, Catharine has developed an expansive network of trusted vendors, contractors, and healthcare providers.

In 2022 Catharine grew her team, which prides itself on assisting clients and their families to navigate the healthcare system and resources, and to provide peace of mind.
